Special Digital Ticket Shoshazan Engyoji Temple Admission Donation + Shiro-no-Machi Himeji 2DAY Pass This is a special digital ticket that combines the Shoshazan Engyoji Temple admission donation with the Shiro-no-Machi Himeji 2DAY Pass. Stopovers on route buses are permitted. This digital set ticket is suitable for visitors who wish to visit both Himeji Castle and Shoshazan Engyoji Temple. Shosha Ropeway round-trip ticket Unlimited rides for 2 days on Shinki Bus routes (Himeji Station – ¥250 fare zone) Route 10: Himeji Station – Mt. Shosha Ropeway Benefits Himeji Castle / Kokoen Garden: 10% discount (regular admission only) Himeji City Museum of Art / Himeji Bungakukan: 20% discount (permanent exhibitions only) Hyogo Prefectural Museum of History: Group rate applied Notes: Cannot be combined with other discount tickets. Discounts do not apply to special exhibitions at each facility. The Himeji Castle & Kokoen combined ticket is not eligible for discount. From March 1, admission to Himeji Castle is free for visitors under 18. Please refer to the official Himeji Castle website for acceptable identification for those under 18. Terms of Use General Drivers and staff cannot operate your smartphone. Please display your ticket screen clearly and brightly yourself. You may be asked to adjust your screen if verification is difficult. Please check operating hours and departure times in advance. Ticket Switching This product is a digital ticket set that includes both the Shoshazan Engyoji Temple admission donation and the Shiro-no-Machi Himeji 2DAY Pass. When opening the ticket screen, the Shiro-no-Machi Himeji 2DAY Pass will be displayed first. When using the Shoshazan Engyoji Temple admission donation, press the blue arrow next to the ticket image. By pressing the blue arrow, you can switch between the respective digital ticket screens. When Using the Bus All group members must board the same vehicle. If members board different vehicles and valid tickets cannot be confirmed, the regular fare must be paid. When Using the Ropeway Please gather as a group at least 5 minutes before boarding. Ticket gates open 3 minutes before departure. If confirmation cannot be made due to boarding different vehicles, the regular fare must be paid. Mt. Shosha Ropeway capacity: 50–60 passengers. Operates every 15 minutes (at 00, 15, 30, and 45 minutes past each hour). First Ropeway Departure Both uphill and downhill services operate from 8:30 year-round. Last departure times vary depending on the season. Please confirm according to your intended use. Changing the Reservation Date You may change the reservation date yourself via the reservation notification email sent at the time of registration. Ropeway Suspension Information Scheduled Suspension The ropeway is usually suspended between January and March for periodic inspection. Reservation date options will be adjusted once the period is determined. Suspension Due to Weather Operations may be suspended on the day due to typhoons, strong winds, lightning, etc. Please confirm in advance. Ropeway Operation Inquiries Mt. If Ropeway Is Suspended (Only in cases where operation cannot resume due to bad weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.) If unused: Full refund of the purchase amount. If partially used (e.g., uphill ride already used): ¥1,200 will be refunded as the ropeway round-trip portion.
