How to Use Mobers (Bus Tickets)
Mobers (Bus Tickets) is a digital bus ticket service sold by Shinki Bus Co., Ltd. via the Nutmeg system.Each ticket has a different price and can be used for different bus routes. Please check each ticket page for details.All tickets are priced for adults (12 years or older), and you cannot buy multiple tickets for one person at the same time. Each user must purchase their own ticket.Payment is only by credit card in advance. These tickets are not sold at any Shinki Bus facilities or counters, so please note that.■ How to PurchaseVisit the Nutmeg system sales page operated by Shinki Bus Co., Ltd. (hereafter called the “service page”). Go to the service page for the ticket you want and follow these steps:<Step 1: Select Date of Use>• Tap “Reserve” or go to the “Calendar” to book now.• Choose the number of participants (as of April 2025, limited to 1 ticket per person).• Select your date from the calendar.• Once the red “Next” button is clickable, select “Next.”<Step 2: Enter Applicant Information>• You’ll move to a login page.If you already have an account, log in. If not, you can register a new account.You can also purchase (reserve) without creating an account.• After logging in or choosing “Purchase without an account,” a reservation form appears.• Enter your email address, name (last + first), and phone number (cell).• Tap “Next.”<Step 3: Register Payment Method & Credit Card Info>• Choose your payment method.• Select “Pay now (advance payment)” for bus tickets.No other payment methods are accepted.• Enter credit/debit card information:Cardholder name, card number, expiry date, security codeMake sure it’s a valid card.For questions about credit cards, please contact your card issuer directly.• Tap “Submit Reservation.”• You’ll see a “Reservation Complete” page if successful.On the reservation complete page, you’ll see a “Show Ticket” button. Before boarding the bus, tap this button and select “Start Use” to ride. It’s convenient to save or bookmark this page. Once your purchase is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered address. If you have created an account, you can also check the “Show Ticket” page from “My Page” > “Reservation Confirmation.”■ How to Use the TicketFrom your start date and before boarding, please follow these steps yourself:• Before boarding, tap “Show Ticket.”• You’ll see the ticket’s name, usage date, validity period, and a “Start Use” button.Before the start date, the "Start Use" button cannot be pressed.If you need to change the start date, please update the date and time via the reservation voucher on your membership page or in the notification email.• Tap “Start Use.”• A confirmation screen will appear. Thank you for visiting our sales site.Below is information on how to apply for the experiences or tour products that interest you.■ How to Apply1.Click the banner (image) of the experience product you are interested in on our site.2.On the displayed calendar, click "Book Now" and follow these steps:• Select the number of participants under "Select Number of Participants"• Choose your preferred date under "Set Date and Time"• Select the time on your chosen date• If everything looks fine, click "Next"3.A login screen will appear.• If you have already registered, please log in with your registered email address and password.• You can also log in with your social account.• If you are not a member yet, you can still book without registration. However, membership offers the following benefits:<Membership Benefits> • You have access to a My Page where you can check your reservation history and cancellations.• If you opt in to our newsletter, you will receive early updates about new experiences and information. • Future reservations become easier to complete.4.The reservation application screen will appear.
