When Using the Bus ・All members of your group must ride the same vehicle together. ・If you board separate vehicles and your valid ticket cannot be confirmed, you may be asked to pay the regular fare. When Using the Ropeway ・Please gather with your group at least 5 minutes before departure. ・Ticket checks begin 3 minutes before departure. ・As above, if members board separately and cannot be verified, regular fare will be charged. ・Capacity of Mt. Changing the Reservation Date You can change the reservation yourself via the confirmation email sent at the time of booking. Ropeway Suspension Information Scheduled Suspension Usually occurs around February every year for regular inspections. ※Reservation dates will be adjusted once the inspection schedule is finalized.
